Description

This is a long term mission within a large French banking group.

The position is to be filled within a large-scale IS, with many projects and programmes being carried out in parallel. One of the client's challenges is to secure the various aspects of banking transactions but also to increasingly digitalise the services offered to its customers.

Context

• Projects with low steering complexity with a limited number of stakeholders and few entities involved
• Projects in visibility only of middle management/local management
• Projects with budgets in the lower range of the client's project portfolio

Project management
